Favorite Book (Children’s or Otherwise): Wolf Hall by Hilary Mantel. I reread it every year and learn something new every time. My favorite childhood book is Anne of Green Gables.

What is your favorite thing about working at Friends Academy? The sense of community. Friends is such a warm and joyful place, and that’s because of the people. I feel so lucky to be part of the Friends Academy family.

What do you love to do outside of school? I like to read, write, embroider and sew, spend time with my family and my cat, and travel/explore new places.

Fun Fact: I love word games and puzzles (especially Wordle, Connections, and Spelling Bee from the New York Times), and I use similar games to engage students in structured literacy.
